I will just say a few words for housekeeping this morning before giving the floor to the HR VP for her opening remarks. Just as you can see, this year we've chosen to be here in a more intimate setting compared to last year. It enables you to be indeed closer to the seat of the EU institutions, as was requested, so that you can have your bilaterals closer.

So, the candidates will have a presentation on Tuesday. The vote will be held throughout Wednesday, and then the results will be announced on Friday. At your request, there are also two peer-to-peer sessions without Brussels colleagues, where you will have a chance to discuss both key foreign policy discussions and working methods.
