Take your seats. Okay. First point on our agenda, adoption of the agenda. You should have received it for no comments on the draft agenda. Is hereby adopted.

Chair's announcements: as ever, our meeting is public and web streamed. During the meeting, we'll have interpretation in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak, and Romanian. And, we will also have interpretation in Ukrainian for the public hearing, which will be held later this morning.

At its last session, the plenary adopted three urgent on the trafficking of human beings and serious human rights violations related to the recruitment of non-Russian citizens, in particular African citizens, for the purpose of Russia's war of aggression in Ukraine.

The arbitrary detention of president Mohammed Bazum by the hunter in Niger, and the case of Alan Kochtaria and the political prisoners under the Jordan Dream Party regime. Point three of the agenda, in accordance with rule 220 of parliament's rules and procedures, the final minutes of the Dura Coordinators meeting of 02/23/2026 were uploaded to the Doire Trade Center together with the other documents of those meetings.
