Good afternoon. Good afternoon. Hi. So, colleagues, dear colleagues, okay. Welcome.

And I think that we can start. The first point is adoption of agenda. If there are no objections, it's adopted. The second point, chair's announcement. So, for your information, today's meeting is webstreamed.

We have interpreters for 19 languages, and I would like to thanks really a lot all our interpreters. So, and I have here one information for you. As communicated by email on 27th of May, please be informed of a change in the ordering of the draft agenda for the COMAGRI meeting of the 2nd of June. In the afternoon, the item 12 will be taken before the item 11. This means that we will end our meeting with the exchange of view on the fertilizers action plan instead of the consideration of the draft opinion on the amending directives as regards simplification of some requirements and regulation of administrative burden.

So, and let's start with our agenda, item 3. Dear colleagues, as part of the comprehensive MFF package, the Commission has proposed a regulation establishing a single framework for monitoring expenditure and performance across all EU programs, including direct payments under the CAP. Later in the afternoon, we will consider with our rapporteur for opinion, Marian-Jean Marinescu, the amendments that have been tabled to this proposal. For now, I suggest we examine the opinion of the Court of Auditors on the matter. I therefore welcome Mr. Petrovic from the Court.
