Ukraine and Germany to jointly produce deep-strike drones

Copied! Ukraine and Germany have agreed to launch Brave Germany – a joint programme that will develop defence technologies and support startups. A letter of intent was signed by Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and his German counterpart Boris Pistorius, Ukrinform reports. Germany and Ukraine also plan to jointly produce drones of varying ranges: from under 100 km to 1,500 km. As Fedorov noted, the partner has already begun funding middle-strike and deep-strike drones that make it possible to disrupt Russian logistics. It is worth noting that a number of Ukrainian companies have already established joint production facilities with German enterprises. In particular, Airlogix will manufacture its new Anubis and Seth-X strike UAVs there. Ukraine, in turn, has been sending its instructors to the tank school in Münster and the engineering school in Ingolstadt. In addition, Germany plans to evaluate the DELTA combat management and situational awareness system during the second half of the year. It may also be introduced for the Bundeswehr.
