We've got some questions for you, and I'm going to start. We we know that, meat, has been an issue, in The UK for for a while. It's peaked and troughed over many years, but there is a particular issue at the moment. From your point of view, what what what is that issue and what the drivers of it?
00:46 - 01:11
Speaker 5
Well, first of all, I'm very pleased that you're doing the inquiry. It's a really important issue. I think it's a visceral issue, actually, in society. You know, it's really struck me over the course of the last few weeks and months when I've been touring the country or talking to the media or talking to the public about this. People are concerned not just about the neat cohort, almost a million people, but they almost see it as an emblem for a generational problem.
