Again, I note that a greater than unusual number of questions to the Minister for Women and Equalities have been transferred to other departments.  Transfers are of course a matter for the Minister, but I would gently urge the Minister to clarify any changes in cross-departmental responsibilities and to always ensure that members affected by any transfers are properly notified.  Order.  We start with questions, Minister for Women and Equalities, Dame Meg Hillier.

Mr. Speaker, covert filming using smart glasses can raise serious privacy concerns, and it's important that we spread awareness that criminal offences such as voyeurism already cover their most harmful uses.  Platforms which host images or videos captured by smart glasses may also have duties to remove them under online safety or data protection legislation, and they should take those responsibilities extremely seriously.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker.  I'm pleased at my right honourable friend's answer, but she is in a unique position across government to make sure that not only are we protecting women, but also those people with visual impairments and who are blind who really value this technology.  So can she make sure that across government, when if regulation is being talked about, it's about the person using, misusing it, rather than the adaptive technology itself, which can be so much use to so many people.
