Order, order, and welcome to this afternoon's session of the Justice Select Committee. The purpose of this afternoon's session is for one of our pre-appointment hearings. This one is for the standing advocate, in which myself and the other men's committee will ask a series of questions to the government's preferred candidate for that post, Cindy Butts. So, welcome, miss. Thank you very much for attending. We'll go straight into questions after we have done what we have to do procedurally at the beginning of each committee, our declaration of interest.
