If there are no objections, they can be deemed approved. For item four, I have to report back on the institutional negotiations pursuant to rule 70 five-three. We have continued negotiations on and communication of explicit environmental claims.
We've made progress on several important issues and concludes most of the points which were on the agenda. A preliminary agreement which reached on claims and labels and labeling systems, information to consumers and also on highly polluting industries. A package deal on verification access to justice and penalties was negotiated and agreed in principle with a mandate to technical level to finalize the work on penalties. The next trialogue is foreseen in June 2025. So the last session was in April.
