Good afternoon, everyone.  Welcome to the press conference on the reports on the 2023 and 2024, commission reports on Kosovo and on Serbia.  The reports have been adopted by the plenary today at noon.  And with us, now we have the reporters, the European parliament's standing rapporteur for Kosovo, mister Ricoteras, and for, Serbia, mister Tonino Pizzula.  They will both give an introductory word, and afterwards, you would be able to ask questions.

So let's start with mister Terras.  You have the floor.

Thank you.  Thank you very much, dear representatives of media.  First, I want to start with saying it is chatter mouse rule.  Everything they say can be used against me.  And and I start by thanking all these members of the parliament who were voting for this report today.

It was 61%.  I think it is a pretty solid outcome if we consider the fact that they are still after twenty five years, five member states of European Union who are not recognizing Kosovo as a country, which is very unfortunate.  So I think their outcome was pretty solid.  About the report, of course, as you know, this is European Parliament report is in the response to the European Commission report, and it covers to two years, twenty three and 2024, because last year, we had elections.  So the report there was no report on or others as well this year.
