Good afternoon, dear colleagues. Let's proceed with our committee meeting. First, on adoption of the agenda. I submit to you the following changes to the draft agenda. Actually, it's one change.
On item number nine, the vote on the Commission's twenty twenty four rule of law report is postponed. If there are no objections to the draft agenda as amended, then it will consider adopted. Interpretation for the session is provided in all languages except Latvian and Irish. Speakers are invited to speak the mother tongue if it is one of the languages for which interpretation is available. It is strongly recommended to avoid reading out the speech, and I would kindly ask you to speak at a natural pace.
I would like to thank interpreters in advance for their cooperation. So thank in advance speakers for their cooperation, not speaking too fast. On item number three, it says announcement concerning coordinators' First, endorsement of coordinators' recommendations. This one to rule to 20 of rules of procedure. And on nomination of reporters, as far as reports are concerned, Mr. Nicolas Bartusek from PFE has been nominated as reporter for the report on the agreement between the European Union and the Federative Republic Of Brazil on cooperation with and through the European Agency for Law Enforcement Corporation and the Federal Police of Brazil. Mr. Malik Asmani from Renew has been nominated as a reporter for the report on the establishing a common system for the return of third country nationals staying illegally in the union and repealing directive 20 o eight slash one one five of the European Parliament and the Council and Council directive 2,001 slash four and Council decision 2,004 slash one nine one.
