Let's get started. The first point on today's agenda is zero eight on the full agenda. Objection pursuant to rule 105, Paris two and three of the rules of procedure to the draft commission implementing regulation approving 2.2 Dibromod two Synoacetamide as existing active substance for use in biocidal products of product type. 6 in accordance with regulation 528/2012 of the Parliament and Council. This is, the examination of a draft resolution.
The NV has received an objection from mister Claire Jaure, madam Petikainen, mister Vizek, Ms. Paulos and Madam Hazenkamp against a draft commission approving DBNPA an existing active substance for use in biocidal products. We'll now have a debate on this draft motion for resolution. The vote will take place this afternoon. I'll first give the floor to one of the coobjectors to present the draft motion for resolution, and then I'll give the floor to speakers from other groups.
And finally, I'll give the floor to the commission.
