Good morning, dear colleagues. We'll resume our committee session starting with a vote. Let me just let you know that today's the interpretation Romanian is in passive mode only, so members can speak Romanian, but have to listen to, the interpretation in another language. So we go for the vote. I can see that, we have, Quorum, which is the threshold is 19 members.
Before we proceed the vote, would like to inform you about the non Liber members that will participate in today's vote replacing full members of the committee. EPP, Heidr Sosa Silva, is replacing Ana Miguel Pedro and Andrey Kovachev is replacing Emil Radef. For S and D, Cesarlina Penkova replacing Christian Vigenin. For PFE, Valerie DeLogg is replacing Mariake Ehlers. Virginie, Johan is replacing Nicolas Bartusek.
