So we can move on to the next item on our agenda. That's the Tran Opinion for Budget and ICON on increasing the efficiency of the EU guarantee under the Invest EU program regulation and simplifying reporting requirements. So in February 2025, Commission put forward an amending regulation of the regulation in order to allow the use of existing resources more resources more efficiently by combining Interalia, the InvestEU portfolio with other legacy financial instruments. The Connecting Europe Facility, the CEF debt instrument, which can be harnessed is of great importance for our committee. The budget and E committees are jointly responsible for this file.
And our committee, in other words, the Tran Committee is an opinion giving committee. I am the reporter of this opinion and of course, I'll be working hand in hand with the shadows. Before I outline the draft opinion, I'd like to remind you that the deadline is actually tomorrow. The deadline for tabling amendments is tomorrow May 15 at noon. And the amendments can only be tabled in English, so a reminder about that.
