Justice Committee House of Commons
00:01 - 00:40
Speaker 1
Order, order, and welcome to this morning's session of the Justice Select Committee. This is a pre-appointment hearing in relation to the chair of the Judicial Appointments Commission, in which members of the committee will be asking a series of questions from the government's preferred candidate, who is Lynne Berry. So thank you very much, first of all, Ms. Berry, for attending this morning. Before I ask you to introduce yourself and go into the questions, we, the members of the committee, need to do their declarations of interest, beginning with Warinder Juss.
00:40 - 00:53
Speaker 3
Good morning. I'm Warinder Juss, Member of Parliament for Wolverhampton West.
I'm a solicitor but not practicing at the moment. I'm also a member of the GMB trade union central executive council and a member of various APPGs.
00:53 - 00:55
Lovely. Thank you.
