00:02 - 00:32
Speaker 4
Okay. Order. Order. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to this meeting of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee. We returned this morning to our ongoing inquiry into food supply chain resilience and fairness, and we are delighted to join by any eminent panel this morning.
So just for the benefit of our own official record and for those who are following our proceedings, can I invite you please to introduce yourselves to the committee? Tim, we'll start with yourself.
00:32 - 00:50
Speaker 1
I'm Tim Lang. I'm professor emeritus. That means I'm retired and old, but professor emeritus of food policy and the center for food policy at City Saint George's University of London, and it's the longest title I've ever had in my life. And it's got lots of commas in it.
00:51 - 00:54
Speaker 10
I'm doctor Hannah Brinston, head of policy and advocacy at the Food Foundation.
