Speaker 1
Good morning, and welcome to, today's meeting of the Lord's Environment and Climate Change Committee. Today, we will have a follow-up to the committee's report on waste crime, and we're very pleased to have with us the Environment Agency's CEO, Philip Duffy. Before we start, may I remind everyone that the session will be webcast live and that a transcript will be taken and made public. Witnesses will have an opportunity to review the transcript and make very minor amendments. And members are reminded that they should declare any relevant interest the first time they speak.
And I'll take the opportunity here to say that I am a director of peers for the planet. So let me start by thanking our witnesses for taking the time to It be with us is really very much appreciated and may I ask each of you to briefly introduce yourselves.
