Order.  Order.  Good afternoon, and welcome to the women in equality's select committee.  Today, we are holding an oral evidence session on egg donation and egg freezing, and we'll be hearing from Rachel Cutting, who's down the line, director of compliance and information at human fertilization and embryology authority.  And then we've got Claire Ettinghausen, director of strategy and corporate affairs at HFEA.

And we've got Peter Thompson, chief executive as well.  So thank you three for being with us today, and welcome.  And I am gonna hand straight over to Rachel.
