New clause. Thank you, Mr. Weston. New clause seven will require the executive state to publish a report assessing the actual impact of the bill on the UK's stable aviation fuel industry, and crucially, how production might be further encouraged. I press this clause firmly: if we are serious about meeting both our climate obligations and our economic ambitions, transparency, accountability, and evidence-led policy must be at the heart of the legislation. The ambition of this bill to build a whole new industry is to be lauded, but I believe it currently lacks the level of scrutiny that such a large project requires.
