Transport Committee House of Commons
00:00 - 00:43
Speaker 5
Welcome to this afternoon's session, the second session in our scrutiny of the government's draft Heathrow Expansion National Policy Statement. I'd like to welcome Barry Gardiner, who's joining us again as a guest from the Environmental Audit Committee. We'll be hosting two panels this afternoon. During our first panel, we'll be hearing about climate change and carbon emissions, and our second panel, which will start at about five, will be questioning academic experts on air quality and noise impacts to be considered. Could I please ask our first panel of witnesses to introduce themselves?
And I do apologize that you're so far away, but you know, this is the only room we could get.
