And we're delighted to welcome the Home Secretary for your second appearance in front of us, Home Secretary. I'm going to tell you, you've got to be more frequent than this. We want to see you more frequently. But we're very pleased you're here today. We've got questions for you and we know how incredibly broad the scope of what the Home Office covers is.
We know we've got a limited amount of time, so we're going to focus our questions on policing, violence against women and girls, and I suspect quite a lot of our questions will be on the topic of migration, regular and irregular. So just to warn you, those are the areas we're going to be asking you about. We will, we appreciate and know your deadline, so I don't think we need you to introduce yourself. If that's okay, we'll move straight into questions and I start with Lewis Atkinson.

Hello, Home Secretary, good afternoon, and congratulations on your reappointment. Clearly we have a new Prime Minister, and I wondered your assessment of what that means for your previously stated intention to reform and reduce the number of police forces in England and Wales.
