Cost ready.  Brilliant.  Order.  Order.  So welcome to, this morning's meeting of the Culture and Municipal Committee.

Today, we are holding an evidence session on major events.  And for our panel, we are joined by Rebecca Edser, who's the head of events at Visit Scotland.  Rebecca, welcome.  Thank you.  We also sort of grateful to the Welsh government who have offered to send us written evidence as they are unable to attend today as well.

So, Rebecca, thank you for coming along today to sort of speak with us.  We're keen to sort of hear your sort of insights, around the sort of Scottish approach.  And, I suppose we'll kick off with our first question is, could you sort of tell us a little bit about Scotland's national events strategy?
