Order. Order. I call to order today's House of Commons Defense Committee evidence session. Before we go into the evidence session, yesterday, I learned about the very sad, tragic news of an outstanding, fearless soldier who died after a fall from a horse at the Royal Windsor Horse Show. So on behalf of the whole House of Commons Defense Committee, I would like to pay tribute to Lance Bombardier, Kiera Sullivan, and convey our heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones.

Mhmm. I'd now like to move on to today's session, which is on the Afghan data breach and resettlement schemes. It is our final evidence session on this inquiry, and I'm very pleased to say that, we have with us, the minister for defense readiness and industry, Luke Pollard, MP. We also have with us mister Dominic Wilson, who is the director general transformation at the Ministry of Defense. And we also have major general Ben Katamole, who is the commander operation Lazarite and director operations defense for Afghan relocations and resettlement.

There's a lots of, things to cover, minister, the and the panel within the meeting, and we may well not be able to cover all of the things that we want to cover. So, could I please get an undertaking from yourself at the outset to provide any written requests and follow ups by the Thursday, June 18? That's a month from now. Would that be possible, please?
