I beg to move that this House has considered the potential merits of reform of the vascular sector. Can I say it's a pleasure to be under your chairmanship, Madam Chair? Last night you were in doing the adjournment debate. Today you're chairing in Westminster Hall. Your talents, Madam Chair, are incredible.

Well done to you, and we appreciate all the efforts that you make for us in this House in all lines. It's a real pleasure as well to introduce this debate. It's something I'm particularly interested in, and we have a number of people in the audience today in the gallery, the people with much more medical talent than I have. I'm interested in the subject.
