Order, order. Welcome to the Treasury Select Committee on Wednesday the 10th of June 2026. We're delighted to have our final panel on our investigation into student loans and taxation of graduates. And I'm really pleased to welcome two ministers. Lucy Rigby KC MP, formerly of this committee indeed, is actually now the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, so the minister responsible for overseeing and agreeing all public spending in the Treasury.
So welcome back to you, Lucy Rigby. And she's joined by the Right Honourable Baroness Jackie Smith, who's the Minister for Skills at the Department for Education.
