Thank you, Razia Akotch, AFP news agency. I had a question for Thomas about yesterday's report. I was reading it this morning and I was just thinking to myself, first, who will be the ones that decides what safety by design, who decides that? Would it be the European Commission or would it be based on studies and experts? And something that just kept coming to my mind, and I don't want you to tell me that it's too early in the game, is in terms of enforcement.
Because if you read the report, they're saying that these platforms need to be safe by design, which means someone needs to make sure that they are safe by design, which means there needs to be an enforcement. And as you know, there's been questions over the European Commission over its enforcement. Now, I know you're then going to tell me that there have been some decisions earlier this year, but it took you two years and there are some cases that still don't have any preliminary findings. So fundamentally, won't there be an issue of enforcement? You keep creating rules, but how are you going to enforce them?

Thanks, Razia. I mean, I can definitely tell you that when we speak about safety by design, I mean, the President has also mentioned it yesterday in her speech. It's not good enough to just say that you have teens' accounts or that you have certain vague measures in place to protect our kids online. We know your services are harming our children. We have let it go so far that it today it has become a reality, the debate is everywhere.
