Thank you, Commissioners.  We really don't have much time for questions, so we'll take...  We have a few minutes.  We'll start with Bruno here.

Okay, is it... does it work?  Okay.  Bruno Forte, Catalan Public Radio.  Most of the Catalan regions in the report, especially Barcelona, are projected to grow, in contrast with the general European trend, due to migration.  And reading your report, the report itself warns that regions that attract... and I quote, "regions that attract migrants can face pressure to deliver an adequate quantity and quality of local public services."

I would like to know, from your point of view, which should be the political response to address these challenges that your own report suggests that migration can pose to the quality of public services and quantity.

Migration is a challenge, but at the same time, it's a necessity.  So migration will always stay with us, to be open.  But when we speak about migration, I have to be precise: we speak about legal migration.  Illegal... we are fighting illegal migration, as you know.  We have now a new return directive, we have a new European pact for asylum and migration.
