Good morning and thank you for joining us for our midday press briefing today is Wednesday the 15th of July 2026. We are having an earlier midday today to allow you and indeed us to follow the President's speech in Kiev. We will continue our press briefing until the start of the Order of Europe ceremony which we will then broadcast live here. As you have already heard the President will receive the Order of Europe from President Zelenskyy granted for her personal efforts to help Ukraine defend its independence and protect the security of the whole of Europe. We will broadcast the event here from the press room.
We don't know precisely when it should start but sometime not long after midday. For security reasons we cannot communicate further on the President's agenda in Kiev for the rest of the day but please stay tuned on EBS plus and keep an eye on the President's social media accounts for more information. Let me also remind you that the third EU-India Trade and Technology Council is taking place this afternoon in Brussels. There will be a press point at 4:00 PM with EVP Virkkunen Commissioner Šefčovič and Commissioner Zaharieva together with their Indian counterparts Ministers Jaishankar Goyal and Prasada.
That concludes our announcements for today just to really emphasize that this is an exceptionally busy week. We are doing our very very best to make sure that the press events are structured and ordered in such a way that they facilitate your work to the maximum degree.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we go about that work. So that's it for announcements we can now move to your questions. Here at the back.
