Hi, thank you. Anu Priya from Euractiv. I have a question regarding the fine against AliExpress today, which is the highest so far under the DSA and the Digital Markets Act. And I just wanted to ask a bit on how we can see this fine from a geopolitical aspect, because there are several American companies that are under investigation and have not yet been fined. I'm thinking about the Google search case on self-preferencing, which has been ongoing for more than two years now, with the preliminary finding in March last year.

So, and there have been media reports that the fine has been delayed because of certain summits, certain geopolitical tensions. So, could you provide us with more information on when you're planning to fine Google and what is the sort of timeline and if more delays are expected? Thank you.

Thanks Anu Priya, let me start with the case at hand today with AliExpress. You mention a high fine, this is a proportionate fine. Again, I will recall what we usually say, it's proportionate to the gravity, the duration, the nature of the breach. Here we're speaking about substantial breaches of the DSA, we're speaking about risk assessment and risk mitigation measures, so 34 and 35. These are really big breaches that have to be addressed by AliExpress, hence the bigger fine.

It's not a big fine, it's a proportionate fine. That's it from our side. Now on the Google case that you're referring to. Let me first re-emphasize the fact that we have been working with Google for quite a while on future compliance solutions. This was a very important point for us, because one thing is to set a breach in stone and to go for the adoption decision, but what we need to have is changes for the benefit of consumers in the European Union.
