Uh, one second, Euroscope Georgia.  We saw yesterday on this last sanctions package twice mentioning of Georgia.  Firstly, it was interesting about Kulevi and it's mentioned that in that framework the EU is imposing a transaction ban entering into force in six months.  So can you explain us what does it mean and does it mean that Georgian Dream is not fulfilling the criteria which we previously saw in a letter from David O'Sullivan?  And the next issue there was about crypto-related service platforms that one of them or maybe more than one from Georgia.

Can you tell us, for example, is this platform the same which already was banned in UK and can you tell us, for example, how many from these 14 are Georgian, operating in Georgia, and names of them?  Thank you.

Thanks, Tamara, for the question.  So on your first question, I think you forgot to mention that it was Kulevi you were asking about.  So on Kulevi, indeed, we have proposed in this sanctions package to list Kulevi.  As you know, we have been in ongoing discussions with the refinery's owners who have committed to diversifying away from Russian oil.  And we would like to see those commitments honored.

So that's why we have permitted this six-month delay to allow the owners to diversify away from Russian oil.  And if the Commission assesses that those commitments have been honored, then they will no longer be listed.  And if not, then we will propose to the Council that the listing indeed be maintained.  So that's a little bit where we stand on Kulevi.  To your question on crypto.
