Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our College meeting. We have a very full agenda today. We will start with the European Semester Spring Package. Valdis and Nicolas will present the package, which includes the country-specific recommendations, the report on the surveillance of the member states' fiscal policies, and the employment guidelines.

Then, we will have a first orientation debate on the next Multiannual Financial Framework.
