Thank you, Vitaly, Freedom TV channel.  I have two questions.  First, do you have some reaction on attempt to attack train in Ukraine which have EU officials on the board?  And the second, it's reaction spokesperson of Russian president said that Russia would never accept the deployment of foreign troops, maybe peacekeepers, on the territory of Ukraine as some precondition of peace process.  What you think about this?

Are you still support the coalition of willingness and the plan to deploy some contingent?  Thank you.

Thank you, Vitaly.  Over to you, Christian.

Yeah, thank you for your questions, Vitaly.  First on the train attack, we strongly condemn the latest Russian strikes near the Ukraine-Poland border, including the attack against the passenger train.  Last week, as you know, the EU approved, and we discussed it here, 6.1 billion to support Ukraine's air and missile defense.  So we're acting on that front to equip Ukraine better to defend itself, and we will continue to stand firmly with Ukraine and its right to defend itself against Russian aggression.  Let me also give you a couple of lines from what the HRVP Kaja Kallas said this morning in the context of the European Arctic Summit, specifically on this topic.
