Childhood Vaccinations Committee House of Lords
00:04 - 01:33
Speaker 1
To today's meeting. This is the tenth oral evidence session as part of the committee's inquiry into childhood vaccination rates in England. Thank you today for Kate Murdoch, doctor Harry Fisher, and Caroline Shepherd for attending to give us evidence. The session's open to the public and it's broadcast live, and it will subsequently be available on the parliamentary website. A a verbatim a verbatim transcript will be taken of the evidence, and it'll be published on the parliamentary website.
And to our witnesses, if you find any small mistakes or corrections that are needed, please let the staff know as soon as possible. If after this evidence session you want to clarify anything or send us any additional information or amplify any points that you've made, please, you you're very welcome to send us further evidence after the event today. So if there are any votes in the chamber, I will have to suspend the broadcast briefly whilst members go and vote, but we will then start up again afterwards. So let's go with the first question today. And the question is, what are the key trends and disparities in school aged vaccination coverage in your area in recent years?
And what are the key reasons for these trends? Can I go to Caroline first?
