So, we agreed in in principle, particularly around the, addressing errors in the commission's data holding. And the reason that we've done this is because we use a a live data system where data is extracted at a point in time. And so, I'm sorry to go into this level of data, but for each quarterly report, an extract is taken of that data at the end of the quarter for all the quarters included in the report. And because our systems, as you've heard today, are legacy systems and requiring significant improvement, often the records are being backdated and this will then mean that there's a change in the number numbers reported in previous quarters. So it's not necessarily that there are errors in the data holdings, but that there is a lag in the reporting time, which requires backdating.

So once we've got better live reporting through DART, we should be able to resolve this issue. We're also really on a journey to mature and embed better practices in our systems, and with our teams around performance reporting, and also around our data governance. So it's it's in principle because we can we can do parts of it, but the new system will come in and make things better.

Okay. What actions have been taken in line with the recommendations since the report came out in September?

So, so firstly, just to say about this review by the ANO, Senator Stiljon. We've worked very hard with the ANO to get to this point with them. And this was quite a long audit in that there were several teams worked on it over a longer period of time than we anticipated. So it's been quite a challenge, but we're really pleased that we now, have their report. There is, a number of areas that we want to, for example, take to mature our regulatory capabilities, and they include things like the risk based regulation prioritization model that I described earlier, the DART, which, Alyssa's, the deputy commissioner has just been responding to, really, better use of our regulatory capabilities.
