Morning, everyone. I declare open this meeting and public hearing of the Joint Committee of Public Accounts in audit for the inquiry into the administration of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and I thank witnesses for being here today. We have a range of members, including some online, but, deputy chair Scott Buchholz, is sitting next to me as well, and members, they ask questions, can introduce themselves. I'll now call on the representatives of the National Disability Insurance Agency and board and the Australian National Audit Office for the Hansard Record. Can you please state your name and the capacity in which you appear before the committee?
