But what we do find is that when we work at a deeper level of changing gender and social norms, then that, I guess, sticks a bit more than just doing leadership training or providing inputs or providing resources because it shifts the power dynamics within that community. So that's the approach that we really try to take, to do that deeper work and like what Vision was saying, to also bring men and boys along who are the decision makers and the gatekeepers so that there can be more equitable participation in the economy and also in the home.

And that actually leads on to the question I was going to ask, which was the MenCare program because we heard a lot of evidence earlier today in relation to the growth in anti rights, misogyny, etcetera, and the import and how that in some respects is at its well, not in some respects, is at its worst ever. So what do we need to do differently? We've got the MenCare program, which I think was yours, mister Patterson, from World Vision. Yeah.

I'll give a couple of examples. So we have a a program called Gender Inclusive Pathways Out of Poverty in Koksbazar, Bangladesh, and this was this was a program that has involved financial literacy training, a gender inclusive financial literacy training for... Not just for the male heads of household, but the couples together.
