I declare open the public hearing of the standing committee on primary industries inquiry into factors shaping social license and economic development outcomes in critical minerals projects across Australia. I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands from which we meet today and pay respect to elders past and present of the indigenous peoples across Australia.
