12:00 - 12:59
Speaker 13
Open this public hearing of the Standing Committee on Communications, the Arts and Sport for the inquiry into arts cultural philanthropy. I acknowledge that we are joining from places that have been the meeting place of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander peoples for tens of thousands of years, and I acknowledge the cultures of any Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people with us today. A program for today's public hearing is available on the committee's website. We intend to take a short break around 11:20, twenty five or thereabouts, and the hearing is due to conclude around 01:00 Ambra time. I now call representatives for our roundtable session one from Sunshine Coast Arts Foundation, Northern Territory Writers Centre, Queensland Music Festival, and MusicNT.
