Aged care. We've extended it. Have you come across that scheme in use in Queensland?

Hi. It's Jo Shepherd again. Yes. We're we're familiar with the palm scheme, and some parts of agriculture are utilizing the palm scheme, which is great. And no scheme is perfect, and the palm scheme isn't perfect, but it is providing some solutions.
What I would say is positive feedback and constructive feedback is that to really have an impact, we... The palm scheme tends to be too narrow. In some instances, not flexible enough to meet the needs of many agricultural businesses and doesn't cater fully to the wide range of skills which Aaron just referred to that agriculture is actually needing. So I think, yes, the past game, but but the past game alone is not enough. I think we need to throw our net a lot broader, and we need to think about other other partnerships, other countries, and we also need to think about the very wide range of skills that we need in agriculture.
You know, yes, we have shortages in on farm workers in terms of, you know, production and picking and harvest and whatnot, but we have a plethora of skills that we have a shortage for. So we're going to we can't just rely on the palm scheme. We need to cast our net a lot wider, Think about a wide range of skills. And also think about, again, one size might fit all. We need to think about the the needs of the different parts of businesses in agriculture and also in rural communities and make sure that we've got schemes that are catering to those specific needs.
