Because you don't necessarily have that workforce at your fingertips if somebody's absent to be able to grab them. And that's the challenge because everybody is quite highly skilled in that space. So that presents challenges. Similarly, we've lost over the years a lot of our service providers. You know, particularly COVID, we saw a lot of demise of some of those training centers.
So we're trying to work now around how do we... So you've got the issue around bringing people into the industry, but you need to train them up as well. So we're now looking at working with service providers, particularly in regions, to see how we can make sure we've got that foundation course from a dairy perspective, but then we also build on it from a technical perspective. So sort of a number of challenges which we're trying to work through now, particularly with local universities, and really work through how do we, sort of build that workforce for the future, particularly as you said from a regional perspective.
