We fail to see that in those considerations of who is the carer and what is reasonable.

And as a woman who's with a disability, we have our... We have women's business, men's business. But they've got an agency, a government that doesn't respect cultural protocols, doesn't consider what is reasonable for a carer culturally. And I've seen this firsthand. And just full disclosure, I I also work at the agency myself and I would have the same argument.
