Speaker 2
Ah, I don't think, I mean, you know, from our perspective, we're working to comply with the law. If we get requests for access to documents, then we'll work to comply with that. I don't think we have a particular position on the proposed amendments. Happy to throw to Rachel.

Speaker 5
Thanks, Mayer, and thanks, Senator, for that question. From our perspective, the eSafety Commissioner already has significant investigatory powers under the OSA, and I want to be clear that Google has been cooperating in response to the seven notices we have received to date. For the committee's information, we have provided approximately 150 pages of information in response to over 200 questions in response to those seven notices. And we received an additional notice yesterday. We do take these processes seriously, but, you know, we'll ultimately defer to you as policymakers on whether you think these amendments are necessary.

Okay. TikTok?

Speaker 3
Yeah, thank you, Senator. And again, we're cooperating fully with the eSafety Commissioner, and our approach has always been one of cooperation and continuous improvement. As we set out in our submission, under the provisions of the bill, that's really a judgment for Parliament.
