what's going on and that can really shift and change.  A big aspect of that is when we're actually being asked to do stuff with working with our communities especially in regional areas on issues like hoarding and squalor and unsuitable housing.  And suddenly I'm not a social worker.  I don't have that training and background.  I'm a generalist absolutely.

That's part of the thing about being an environmental health officer.  But suddenly I'm being asked to step in in both a regulatory role and also in a let's solve this problem and stop it from coming back framework in an area that doesn't actually have industrial cleaners available to be doing clean up and a community that's fed up with the time that it takes to actually solve problems.  So it's shifting and changing all the time.  In the councils that I'm my home council is one scenario.  The places where I'm actually working in shared services is very form about you're just doing food inspections and pool inspections for one and the other one is just doing food inspections.

So there's got there's always got to be education as a part of it.

So when you say that part of the discussion so when you say a food inspection or a pool inspection you're there purely to do the inspection not to do any sort of educational piece.
