Thank you very much, mister Ardene. It's a pleasure to serve under your chairship and to see, so many Scots reunited today in this in this debate. It's wonderful. I beg to move that the draft CFD Sustainable Industry Rewards and Contract Budget Notice of Amendment Regulation, which was laid before the House on the February 5, be approved. I should say from the outset that the regulations we are debating today still carry the legacy name of the policy, but it is now known as the Clean Industry Bonus.
