Order, order.  Welcome to this morning's session of the Education Select Committee.  This morning, we're undertaking a one off evidence session on the government's proposed reforms to to the system of support for children with special educational needs and disabilities.  This session is designed so that the education select committee can make our contribution to the government's current consultation, and we will hear this morning from witnesses with a wide range of different perspectives on the SENSE system, the support that it provides, and the government's proposed reforms.  Before I ask witnesses to introduce yourselves to us, this morning, can I invite any members of the select committee who would like to make a declaration of interest to do so?
