Good morning. Good morning everyone. My name is Chris Parks and I will be helping to facilitate this meeting. Right now this meeting is webcast, and so it will be visible to folks who are viewing it remotely. And also, the cameras will be able to pick up the presenters and so that you may watch them on the screens that are on the sides.
So I just wanted to say good morning to everyone who's joining us here today and for this CPUC en banc on safety management systems. My name is Chris Parks. I'm the director of the Commission's Office of the Safety Advocate. And before we get too far along, we are going to play a brief safety message and then we'll take care of a little housekeeping.

As you are all aware, our number one priority is safety. As such, we will address certain safety concerns in this venue. In the event of an emergency, please calmly proceed toward the exits. We have four exits, two in the rear and one on either side of the dais. In the event we need to evacuate the building, our assembly point is in the Garden Plaza area between the War Memorial Herps Theater and the War Memorial Opera House on Venice.
When going out the rear exits, head through the courtyard and down the front steps. Then head south on Venice by crossing McAllister Street. You will find the Garden Plaza area on your right immediately after walking past the Herps Theater. When going out the side exits, after heading out either exit, you will find yourself on Golden Gate Avenue. From there, proceed east, turn south on Venice and walk towards McAllister Street.
