Thank you, operator. Good morning, and welcome to the California Public Utilities Commission eighteenth Annual Supplier Diversity En banc. As stated, I am Maryville Batcher, the President of the California Public Utilities Commission, and it's my pleasure to welcome all of you to eighteenth Annual Supplier Diversity En banc on General Order 156, themed General Order 156: Generating Economic Success During Uncertain Economic Times. Before we begin, I would like to note again that this is a public meeting and it is being recorded and may be posted online for subsequent viewing.
