Order. Order. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to this meeting of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee. We return this morning to our ongoing investigation into reforming the water sector, and we will be looking in particular this morning at matters pertaining to south outages at the end of last year and beginning of this year in relation to Southeast water. Can I thank the witnesses for their attendance this morning?
Mister Hinton, welcome back. You brought some colleagues with you this morning. Can I invite you, just for the benefit of those who are following our proceedings and our own official record to introduce yourselves to the committee?
