Intervenant 2
The case of the disruption of the Druzhda oil pipeline. This is a public point. You have received the background note. Colleague, let me remind you that A or Bs are intended as information points. Unless there are strong requests for interventions, I would invite you to limit this to a one-minute presentation by the requester.

Intervenant 4
Thank you very much, Mr. Chair. Dear colleagues, please allow me to provide information on the oil deliveries on the Druzhba pipeline. On 01/27/2026, crude oil deliveries to Hungary and Slovakia were suspended on the Druzhba pipeline. Since then, neither Hungary nor Moor has received an official date from Ukraine regarding the expected restart of the pipeline, and no EU or national experts were allowed on the pipeline to conduct technical analysis, which would be, in a normal case, a commercial contract obligation of the parties.
01:42 - 02:44
Intervenant 5
Hungary has made it clear numerous times that the cessation of crude oil deliveries via the Druzhba pipeline is unacceptable, which endangers the security of supply to Hungary. As a consequence, Hungary halted diesel deliveries to Ukraine on February 18, which will not resume, anticrude oil deliveries resumed via the Druzhba pipeline. At the same time, the Hungarian government has called on the European Commission to ensure that the Ukrainian government fulfills its legal obligations under the EU-Ukraine association agreement. Given the Persian Gulf's role in global maritime energy supply, reliable pipeline supply routes are becoming increasingly valuable, making further restrictions on our main pipeline supply particularly unacceptable. Restricting such infrastructure increases our vulnerability in times of global oil shortages.
