Pursuant to the order of the house 01/06/2026, the chair will now recognize members from lists submitted by the majority and minority leaders for morning hour debate. The chair will alternate recognition between the parties with time equally allocated between the parties and each member other than the majority and minority leaders and the minority whip limited to five minutes, but in no event shall debate continue beyond 01:50PM. Thank you, mister speaker. Mister speaker, I rise today to highlight a development in Johnstown, Pennsylvania with positive impacts, not just for the community, but for our entire nation. Last week, I had the privilege of participating in the opening of the expansion of the Kongsberg Defense in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The expanded Johnstown production site represents millions of dollars in investment in 20 new high quality jobs for the area. For more than two decades, this facility has produced critical remote weapon systems that support the US Marine Corps and the US Army.
