Senior regulatory analyst in SCD, wildfire safety enforcement branch, and I will be your facilitator for today. This will be day one of the public briefings on preparation for the twenty twenty two wildfire and PSPS season. The utilities will present updates on the status of preparation efforts in coordination with public safety partners, critical infrastructure and facilities, and customers, including those most vulnerable or with access and functional needs.

All three utilities will present on efforts to mitigate customer impacts and will identify changes of processes or operations in 2022 based on lessons learned. These meetings will be recorded, and the commissioners, even if some are absent for portions of the briefing, will be recording reviewing the recording. Reviewing the agenda, we will start with opening remarks from the diet.

have chief from Cal Fire, Caroline Thomas Jacobs for energy safety, and Ed Westfall from CAL OES. Our first presentation will be held by SCE and led by Lisa Cognolotti. Our second presentation of the briefings will be held by SCE and led by Kevin Garrity. Our third and last presentation of the briefing will be held by Bear Valley and led by Paul Merconi. SBG and E will be allotted an hour and this will account for questions by our panel.
